Using Yellow File™
By using Yellow File™ you agree to these terms. If you use it for a studio or company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you may do so.
Your account
Keep your access to yourself and your team, and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
Your images
You keep every right you have in the images you upload and the versions you make. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. Upload only images you have the right to use and edit.
Acceptable use
Do not use Yellow File™ to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, to make deceptive or harmful images of real people, or to disrupt the service or try to get around its limits.
AI output
The Space Lock guarantees that pixels outside your selection are not changed in the versions we show you. What the AI paints inside your selection can vary, and you are responsible for reviewing a version before you use it.
Plans, payment and cancelling
Plans are billed in advance and include a monthly number of AI generations. You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops future billing. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Warranty and liability
Apart from the guarantees written here, the service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending and changes
We may suspend access that breaks these terms. If we change these terms, we will update this page and its date, and tell customers of anything important before it applies.
