Who we are

Yellow File™ (“we”) makes an image editor for design studios. This policy covers this website and the Yellow File™ editor. Questions: support@myyellowfile.com.

What we collect

• Your payment, when you choose a plan. You pay on a page run by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers. We keep only your Stripe customer and subscription references and your plan.
• Your account: your name, your email, and your password, which we keep only as a salted scrypt hash, never as you typed it; your plan, this month’s generation count, and your preferences.
• The photos you upload, your selections and your prompts, when you use the editor, and the versions made from them.
• Basic server logs (the time of a request and the address it came from), kept to run and protect the service.

How we use it

To give you access, to make the versions you ask for, to keep your runs so you can return to them, and to reply to you. We do not sell your information, we do not show you ads, and we do not use your images to train our own models.

Who processes it for us

Replicate runs the AI models that make your versions; your photo and selection are sent to it for that purpose only. Stripe takes payments and manages subscriptions. Our servers are hosted by DigitalOcean. Each handles your data only to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

Your photos and versions stay until you delete them or ask us to. Sign-up emails stay until you ask us to remove them. Server logs are kept for a short time and then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and to stop hearing from us, at support@myyellowfile.com. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, and you can complain to your data protection authority.
